What visiting parents should know
A nerikiri wagashi (Japanese sweet) making session, bookable from one person, with several sessions a day. A parent takes part with a young child. The published fee is ¥1,870 tax-in for the nerikiri experience; other packages vary. English is not guaranteed unless you pay for it at booking. No large luggage, and non-participants generally cannot come into the room.
Language reality: Best-effort English on the day; guaranteed English costs ¥6,600 per group per hour (+¥3,300 per extra 30 minutes) and must be booked.
