What visiting parents should know

Drop-off childcare built for travelling families, in Harajuku. Parents do not stay. Official tourist pricing: 2 hours ¥10,000; half day 4 hours ¥18,400; premium full day 5 hours ¥23,000; 8 hours ¥34,000, with an optional lunch add-on. A deposit of ¥4,000 is non-refundable and holds the spot. Bring a water bottle, a full change of clothes and a bag; diapers are provided, naps are possible with 5-minute breathing checks, and photo updates come by WhatsApp.

How to join

Send the inquiry form on the official tourist page, then pay the deposit via the link and the balance online by the day before. The deposit must clear at least 2 days before your booking date; bookings made 1–7 days out require full prepayment. Open Mon–Sun 10:00–18:00 with irregular holidays. Free changes until 17:00 the day before; 10% cancellation fee, 50% on the day.
