What visiting parents should know
A ward children's centre in Setagaya with a toddler session called もりのひろば. The ward page states 区内に住んでいなくても大丈夫 — you do not have to live in the ward. Free. A guardian stays with preschool-age children. もりのひろば runs Friday 10:30–11:30 for ages 1–4, free walk-in (for under-1s, ask staff). The Thursday げんきっこサークル is registration-based, so it is not a walk-in option.
